05:30 Wake Up Call, Practice, Podcasts, and Good Talks
Another day, another opportunity to run the course! We made it out to open practice by 6:00 am to run the towers, hit that Keiser, and sprint hydrants.
At around noon, we met up with Rick Stephens, the host of The Fully Involved Podcast to talk UNCIVIL Apparel, the Firefighter Challenge, and the importance of fitness in the fire service.
Firefighter Erik Vidal and Captain Rick Stephens sit down to discuss the 2023 Firefighter Challenge for a new episode on The Fully Involved Podcast.
After our podcast session, we had the pleasure of meeting Chance Craven, a talented photographer and the founder of Honor Supply Co. This mission-based company is all about honoring firefighters by sharing what they do. Chance's passion and dedication is evident. Check out Chance Craven's website, Honor Supply Co. HERE.
